PTR Record error in Failover clustering

"The PublishPTRRecordsWarn property for network name 'Name: xxxxx' is set to 1 For the current cluster configuration this value should be set to 0."
This is one of the most common error of cluster validation people encounter with. It is best practice to allocate Static IP addresses for the cluster nodes but mostly engineers forget to correctly configure the network settings.
PublishPTRRecords Property is enabled when your cluster node is getting IP address dynamically from a DHCP Server because in that situation Your DNS server will not be aware of the newly assigned IP of the node.

atleast the PTR Record will not be updated even if you enable DDNS setting on your DHCP Server. hence if you are using Static IP then no need to enable this setting.

Change the value to zero and run the cluster validation wizard again.
